Payment Options

Insurance

Most commercial health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted at our office.  We are a certified workers' compensation provider.  We provide treatment for auto accident or personal injury cases.  Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office.  Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.  Please call (513) 422-7776 or (513) 777-4577.

Uninsured Options

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, other payment programs are available.  If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need.  Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.  Patients may also utilize their health savings account for chiropractic care.

**Time of Service Discount

A time of service discount is a reduced fee for service that is given to the patient when they pay for the manipulation and therapy, if administered, on the day the service was provided.  This discount is only given when the claim is not being sent to insurance and there is no balance billing to the patient, which eliminates expensive carrying costs for the services provided.  This is another great alternative for people who have exhausted their insurance benefits for the year.                                                                                                  

**Pre-paid Manipulation and Therapy Cards

For patients that do not have Chiropractic benefits or have run out of their insurance plan's Chiropractic benefits for the plan year, we offer a 6-visit pre-paid manipulation card and a 6-visit pre-paid therapy card.  These cards are paid for in full when they are purchased, and provide a deeper discount on the manipulation and/or therapy.                                                                                           

Gift Cards

Many of our patients want to share their health experience that they have found through our office with family and friends.  Gift cards are available through our front desk staff.

Health on a Budget

At Chiropractic Associates Inc. we are convinced that the investment of a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it once you've lost it.  One may be surprised how inexpensive it is to maintain your health.  Please know we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.  Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.
